Isla had an EUA at the WCH with Dr Sia on Friday the 6th of November. Garreth took the day off work again to take her in for her EUA and I stayed home with Zac. Isla was on the morning list this time with a 7am admission time. She was first on the list and stayed that way. Everything ran smoothly in the morning and she was excellent with her eye drops and all her obs again. She was in theatre by about 9am. Again, all stable and nothing new. Dr Sia actually said her eye looks a little healthier than last time, which is great news!
Garreth bought Isla an elmo cupcake for being such a good girl at hospital and she was at home eating her cupcake by 12:30pm!! A far cry from the trips to Melbourne, which started at 4am and ended at 9:30am the next morning!
