Isla had a vision test with the orthoptist again on Tuesday the 24th of November, as well as a dental appointment. Isla has regular dental visits at the WCH as chemo can damage your teeth. Again, the hospital were only allowing 1 person to accompany patients to appointments so Garreth took a day off work to take Isla to her appointments.
We had Denise again for her vision test and this time Isla warmed up to her and actually told her the names of the pictures she was holding up. Denise was happy with her vision again and said it is equivalent to an adult reading the bottom line of a vision chart.
